Adventure lovers of Coimbatore, here’s your scoop!!! I bring to you the adventurous fun you can have in and around Coimbatore. Gone are the days when our parents took us to the nearby hill station or beach during school break for the ritual annual holiday. Or it would be a trip to the grandparents’ house where we happily spent two months. Not anymore! 1. TURNINGPOINT VENTURES

2. AREA 51

It is the city’s paintball arena which is set up really well and the equipment are top notch. Party hall is also available. The players operate paintball guns called markers (which look and feel like real guns) and hit the opponent with the bullet (the paint ball) a round, thin-skinned gelatine capsule with bright coloured non-toxic liquid that bursts on impact. The objective is to eliminate members of the opposing team from the game by marking them with balls of paint and capture their flag. Many companies use this as a corporate training tool to teach young people team work.

5. DARE 2 ESCAPE

Located at RS Puram, escape room is a live and reality game where participants take up a role and enter in a room to solve a mission. Missions are usually cinematic based like breaking out of a jail, stranded in an island and finding your way back to civilization, searching for a treasure in a pyramid, diffusing a ticking time-bomb, kidnapping and rescue mission, etc. Usually missions are time critical and most escape games are for 45 mins to 60 mins. 7. SULUR LAKE- CANOEING AND KAYAKING
